We’ve had Henckel’s Kitchen Shears for what seems like an eternity.
These shears are corrosion-resistant and with regular use, you’ll never spot a single dot of rust on them. It has some useful features like serrated rings to open bottles but most important, you can cut through a variety of things without damaging the shears or ruining the items you’re cutting, like dismembering a chicken joints.
It performs like a champ in the dishwasher and are made in Japan.
These are our trusted scissors for all kitchen work and even for pruning in the garden occasionally, though I only use it for thin, soft branches in order to not ruin the blades.
